Today for some unknown reason I now have gained a pound - 117.2. The only thing i did differently in my diet yesterday was purchase a "fat-free" ranch from a restaurant that I tried over the weekend. They said they make it with pineapple juice! Wow! It tastes like the real thing. I tried it again today and if I end up gaining again tomorrow then it must be the dressing. I'm very sensitive to sugar and if I were to speculate, the sugar in the juice may be too high. I only learned this fact after monitoring my weight closely.
It sure is disappointing because even indulging in a small piece of dessert (just for special occasions!); I notice I will have gained a pound or two! So now I have resigned to having a bite of my husband's so I can at least have a taste. Hopefully I am able to continue eating the ranch from the restaurant because "real" ranch is one thing I really do miss since I have lost all this weight! We will see tomorrow...

Breakfast -
1/2 cup of Fiber One pancakes
1/4 sugar-free syrup
1/2 cup of milk

6 oz. yogurt
sugar-free jello
Michelina's Lean Frozen Spaghetti
Snack -
Plum
Dinner -
salad (tomatoes, croutons, mixed greens)
2 tbsp. low-fat ranch
Jenny Craig Rising Crust Pizza
